In this proposal we upgrade our xCall enabled contracts to use a different message type when sending messages to other chains. Which will reduce internal fee costs for balanced and load on relayers slightly. Not much will be noticeable on the user end.
This proposal also enables USDC on Injective.
Finally this proposal also unlocks stuck user funds (mine) which has been stuck for a while due to early mistakes.
