This proposal will approve the new cross chain BTC token to be added to loans with a initial debt ceiling of $200K.
This proposal also introduces multisig over the BSC connection as a first test in combining multiple protocols for increased security.
Later proposals will be made to add this to more connections.
This proposal will directly interact with contracts on BSC via a governance vote pionering our first cross chain governance action on mainnet.
