This proposal upgrades the stability fund to allow for yield bearing tokens to be added.
However, first yield token will be added in a later proposal. Additionally this proposal removes the incoming fee of the stability fund.
Incoming fee is used when:
- Going from a stable(ex USDC) to bnUSD
- Going from yield bearing(ex hyTB) to any stable
