While intents are going live before this vote finishes it is still not very well funded. So this vote includes initial funding for the solver. Around $10K of SUI and ETH.
Note that this does not affect current liquidity in the dex, just available liquidity.
This vote also removes archway as a source for USDC, this is because of the lack of liquidity and usage on archway. The amounts there would be more efficient on any of our other USDC entries.
