This proposal upgrades the router and dex contracts. In the router we are adding support for routing via the stability fund. Which will enable swaps such as USDC on AVAX to BNB on BSC for example.
For the dex a couple of new security features are introduced. Main one adding the option of auto stop trading of pools when they fall below a certain percentage from the oracle price. Additional vote will be needed to configure this.
