Currently we have only one type of USDC via balanced on archway. Currently named archUSDC. This proposal will rename this token and instead create a generalized version.
So instead of limiting our USDC exposure from each chain in the stability fund we can now instead specify our exposure in the assetmanager but have a unified USDC on ICON that represents USDC from many of our connected chains.
