Postpone the current ICX burn to Sodax Launch Day

Since it’s been annouced that Sodax will launch with 1.5 Billion tokens, There is not much value in terms of reducing the current ICX circulating supply with the current burn. Whatever ICX is burned now, I assume it will go into the Sodax Dao Fund.

So this proposal is to stop the current ICX burn now, Keep Accumlating the ICX and burn the Sodax token on the launch day. This will have to two benefits.

  1. Will reduce the circulating supply of Soda coins from Day 1.
  2. It can be used as a good marketing point.

Its a valid thing to consider, but burning ICX is also reducing the circulating supply at the moment but i agree, It isn’t as good from perhaps a marketing perspective. But all in all the effect is very similar whether we burn now or later

Its not the same, even if we burn 100 million icx now, we are still going to have 1.5 billion soda after its launch, if we burn soda on launch date, we are going to have 1.4 Billion soda on day 1.
